About the workshop

Chatbots are slowly taking over the internet, but how many of them are really user friendly?

We are hosting a free workshop where you can come and learn how to build a user-friendly conversational user interface (CUI) for your website. Powered by Microsoft Azure’s Bot & Cognitive Services, we have recently built a proof of concept chatbot that will revolutionise the Cyber-Duck website and many others.

Join us to see how we used our accredited user-centred design process to create a chatbot. More importantly, we’ll show you how to bring user-friendly bot design to your company.
