This month, we will be having an honest conversation about being responsible, progressive, and considerate employees while managing the needs of the business. Where is the line when it comes to focus, and how do HR professionals ensure they are supporting leaders in balancing this?
It’s tricky, but if people don’t get on with the job, then organisations start to crumble. We also want to have kind, understanding, and supportive environments.
This month, our session will be hosted by the brilliant Jo Howes, CEO and Founder of The Change Creators – Leadership Coaching. This is a safe haven for the HR community to come together and discuss what you are facing.
