We’re delighted to be bringing back BIMA Ski for 2025, and yet again we are looking forward to an amazing trip for our members! Join our annual ski trip to meet other BIMA members and strengthen the relationships you already have within our community.

BIMA have managed to secure the ground floor of a 26 – 38 person chalet. 8 rooms are available (all with en-suite bathroom) which gives us a total allocation of 16 places. These rooms are held until June 27th and will be available on a first come first served basis. We do have an option to extend our allocation pending demand, but please note that the price quoted (£793) is only locked in for the first 16 places. Any bookings beyond the original allocation or made after June 27th are likely to increase in cost and subject to availability so register your interest quickly to avoid disappointment.

You will have the option to request a specific roommate if you have a preference. Single occupancy can be arranged at the cost of £1,478 per person.
Chalet Marjorie is in the heart of Les Gets, giving you both easy access to the slopes and to the bars and restaurants. This modern Savoyard chalet gives a really comfortable base for your ski holiday in Les Gets, with a large sociable dining room on the first floor giving you great views of the mountains through full height windows and three lounges for you to relax in, one enjoying a splendid log fire.

We’re aware everyone will be travelling from all over so you are responsible for booking your own flights. If you wish to grab a transfer please make sure you arrive in Geneva on Thursday no later than 16:00; and that you fly back after 11:30 on Monday. The recommended flights for you to book are:

A £200 deposit will be required to pay by credit card (not AMEX) to confirm the booking. The full balance is to be paid no later than 12 weeks before travel.
