Any agency or employer willing to take on a placement candidate is welcome!

The duration can vary from 3-10 days or more, and it could be a remote, office or hybrid placement. We want to insure it is as flexible as possible.

Why is it important?

According to the ONS (Office for National Statistics), the employment rate in the UK rose to 5% in May 2026, up from 4.5% the previous year. This number is significantly worse amongst young people with over 1 million 16-24 year olds not in education, employment or training (Neets), estimated to cost the economy £125 billion a year. Thus, it is more important than ever that we help create opportunities for people to enter the workforce and gain meaningful career experience.
