BIMA members are seeking the next generation of diverse digital talent to join the industry.  Working in the Digital Industry is exciting and rewarding. It includes many specialist roles (from UX Design to Web Development) and generalist skills (like Client Services and Project Management) as well as wider opportunities for professional growth and development.

Five interns will have the opportunity to work in five BIMA member agencies, spending one month in each agency learning a specific role. Find out more below:

What is it about?

We are offering five paid on-site internship positions as part of a five-month programme enabled by BIMA South members.

In this programme you will be paid to work full time and be supported to learn the skills needed to become an integral part of a digital agency.

Our aim is to give you the chance to gain a broader and deeper understanding of the digital industry and the specialist roles on offer including Digital Marketing, Content Creation, and Data Analysis.

We hope this experience will inspire and influence your career direction as you will learn about our industry  and which role suits you best.

At the end of the programme, you will gain a new network of professional support and may even be offered a role.

This programme is open to career-seekers 18+ within commuting distance to Brighton & Hove.

We welcome candidates from wide ranging backgrounds and educational attainment.

You might be fresh out of college, university or interested in changing careers.
