HR Community Virtual Roundtable

Posted by BIMA

A practical, forward thinking & interactive session focusing on the challenges presented by the Coronavirus Outbreak.

Online Only Event: We will send you a meeting link once you sign up .

What?

Covid-19 has presented lots of new and urgent challenges for HR departments in the digital sector. With so many HR professionals amongst the BIMA membership, we wanted to create a safe space for the community to come together, examine challenges – from recruitment, to talent retention to development – and explore solutions.

Why?

The pandemic has presented new challenges for every part of business, including HR. How do you ensure talent gets the chance to flourish? How do you maintain focus on personal development? How do you balance the needs of the business and individuals, when coronavirus has often placed the two at odds with each other?

The BIMA HR Community Roundtable gives peers the opportunity to compare notes, share ideas and offer support at one of the most challenging times to be an HR professional. This week it will be hosted by Helen Watson, HR Director, Kin+Carta Connect and Victoria Brown, MD, High Performance Consultancy. They will be driving discussion and perspectives, but crucially looking into what you are doing in the midst of this unique time.

As places are limited please register your interest and we will confirm your place in due course.

Limited to 12 attendees to allow for discussion. Chatham House Rules apply and places are strictly limited to one per organisation. We hope you can make it.

Your data is important to us and we’re committed to protecting it. We have updated our policy to make it easy for you to understand your choices and the control you have over your data. Please review here.
