In this course, we will look at user centred design fundamentals and go through the different tools and methodologies available to help you introduce more user centred thinking in your organisation. We will cover a range of research and design techniques such as user testing, remote testing, wireframing and more. Finally, we will look at the basics of information architecture and navigation design. Throughout the day, you will gain hands-on experience with usability research tools and techniques.
