Hear from Holly Hall, MD of BIMA and guest speakers Gina Roughan, Content Services at award winning customer experience digital agency Zone, a Cognizant Digital Business and from Contented Brothers, Tom Hall, founder (and brother) Tom works on creating content strategy for their clients.
Gina will be speaking about ‘The future of publishing: Why the fragmentation of audiences & channels in today’s digital world does NOT require more content/more noise; just better targeted, more nuanced versions of content, to meet specific audience needs as part of a premium customer experience’.
Tom will be bringing his angle on content production, which will hopefully spark an interesting conversation at the event between the speakers.

Simon Cooke from Pragmatic is a Design, Digital Marketing and Sales specialist with over 20 years of industry experience, having previously co-owned a creative agency, which merged with Pragmatic in 2016. Nowadays, Simon heads up the Commercial Department at Pragmatic, he’s also a jury member of the Automattic Design Awards and co-creator of PACE, a marketing technology conference held in London.

Joining Simon will be our guest speaker Gina Roughan, Director of Content Services for award-winning customer experience digital agency Zone (a Cognizant Digital agency) Gina leads on new content services practice across Zone/Cognizant working with both customers and clients to define effective content strategies, quality guidelines, optimisation & measurement frameworks and effective onshore and offshore production processes, all in the name of effective multi-channel CX.

Tom Hall, Founder, Contented Brothers
Tom’s role started in 1979 when his brother was born. He quickly realised that Birdie was a creative genius and decided to stick close by 31 years later they finally started Contented Brothers. In between Tom spent a lot of time in higher education culminating in an (unfinished) PhD on early Tudor dietary guides. After that he was co-founder of t5m, an online television network that produced 100s of hours of celebrity and event focused branded content.
At Contented Brothers his work with clients centres on content strategy, maintaining a focus on the creation of effective and purposeful content.
