It’s an unprecedented time of rapid change for social media and community engagement pros.

From the meteoric rise of TikTok, influencer marketing, generative AI and social commerce to the fall of Twitter and divergent demands of Gen X and Gen Z, social media has had more upheaval in the last 12 months than ever before.

If you are a social media or community engagement leader, please join us to explore the key shifts you are grappling with and forge sustainable solutions. Keeping up with the constant changes and understanding the long term implications is a constant challenge in the notoriously fast paced social space.

We are also keen to propose a BIMA peer network on Social Media & Community Engagement as the way forward to keep up, support each other, and forge a collective voice for the industry. We invite you to be part of it.
