Biography

I head up a UK-wide, award-winning group of brand, experience, UI, and motion designers, makers, and creative coders as well as other talented folk at Dentsu Creative UK, that looks to transform brands and businesses through the power of creativity. As a digital thinker, driven by ideas, design, and craft and working at the intersection of experience design, brand, technology, and activation, I am always looking for new ways to create beautiful, meaningful, and effective work.

A BIMA Creative Council Member and awards judge for The FWA, AdForum PHNX Awards, The Lisbon Advertising Festival, BIMA 100, The Drum Cream Awards, and Marketing Society Awards as well as involvement with Adobe Behance Portfolio Reviews and D&AD New Blood Mixer. In 2021 I was named a Change Maker and one of the UK’s most influential people working in digital and creativity as part of the BIMA 100. 
 
As well as spotting award-winning work over the years I have helped pick up a fair few over the years across the D&ADs, LIAs, Lisbon Ad Festival, CreativePool Awards, Scottish Design and Creative awards, The FWAs, The DADIs, Drum Roses awards, and the Marketing Society awards as well as being awarded Scottish Design Agency of the Year an incredible 3 times for the renowned Scottish agency Whitespace before it was acquired by Dentsu. 

I believe hugely in the next generation of young creative talent and have started and am involved in many initiatives across Scotland and the UK. I am a founding creative partner and director for the incredible multi-award-winning Daydream Believers program which is bringing Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, and Creativity into schools.
 
I’m a huge fan of open collaboration and ‘just doing it because we can’. Never afraid to fail or challenge, I always look for the next great idea, whether that is through ground-breaking tech or Play-Doh. I believe the best work comes from trusting great people to work together without fear to make stand-out work.
