Andy Kent is Chair of the BIMA Liverpool Council and a member of the BIMA North West Council. He is CEO and founder of Angel Solutions an award winning software development company based in Liverpool. Since its creation in 1999, Angel now has a team of 50 passionate and innovative thinkers, creators, designers and educationalists. The office is themed like a circus to reflect their unique culture.
