The BIMA Client Services Council’s mission is to create and connect the Client Service community within BIMA, fostering connections across the industry, reinforcing the value that exceptional Client Service can offer.
Chris Lewis, Client Services Director at Cyber-Duck
Chris has spent over 20 years within the Client Services industry. Since 2019, he has been Client Services Director at digital transformation agency, Cyber-Duck. Where, amongst other things, he was responsible for creating and growing a dedicated Client Services function within the agency. This work was recognised by BIMA in 2022, when Chris was included in the BIMA 100 (in the Client Services and Project Management category).
Chris has a wide range of agency experience, from cutting his teeth in small, independent agencies through to working within one of the world’s largest network agency groups and now working for one of the UK’s fastest growing digital agencies. Having worked extensively across multiple sectors, he knows the importance of working collaboratively with clients, in order to form long term successful partnerships.
At the heart of Chris’s work, within Client Services, is a passion for nurturing and developing talent and helping to promote, and advocate for, the next generation of Client Services professionals.
Within BIMA, Chris is keen to promote the value of the discipline and is hoping to create a vibrant community that fellow practitioners can contribute and thrive within.
Jason Cooke, Business Director at TMW Unlimited
With 15+ years’ experience in the industry, Jason has a passion for marketing and agency life. Starting out as a graduate he has seen many twists and turns in the industry but has remained grounded in a traditional account management approach. Jason enjoys mentoring talent to navigate the world of client engagement and support with coaching on how to drive success for clients and agencies alike.
As the transformation in the marketing world evolves at pace, the industry is looking for a continually adapting generation of Client Service professionals. The recent Covid-19 pandemic has expedited this for many, with CS folk being asked to take on more. Through BIMA, Jason is looking to connect and collaborate with fellow practitioners to understand what the future might hold for the discipline within digital and beyond.
