Malin has spent the past 13+ years working in agencies in Australia, Scandinavia and London, giving her a great appreciation of the many nuances in people, language and culture and how this flavours our everyday and how we deliver great work together.
She has worked in smaller and larger size agencies; independents as well as networks; as freelance and as perm, and with experience in everything from traditional advertising and ‘big ideas’, through to production and CRM/loyalty. As such, Malin hopes that she has got a fairly good idea of the many challenges and opportunities we have to overcome and embrace as Client Services professionals. If she can contribute even just a tiny bit to making Client Services a more established and recognised discipline – she would be a happy camper. If she could also contribute to creating a space for Client Services professionals where they feel like they can soundboard, reflect, grow, be nurtured, be recognised, and be valued.
