“Awesome batch of work.” That was Sara Holt, Merlin’s Sales and Marketing Director, giving her response to the entries she was reviewing at this year’s BIMA Awards.
Rachel Wells of MullenLowe Group was judging the “innovative, clever work” in the Content & Communications category. And Rob Hinchcliffe, also judging Content & Communications reflected on “So much great work (and a nice judging panel too!).”
You get the picture.
On 11 July, dozens of the industry’s finest gathered together to argue (in a nice way) about how on earth they were going to turn hundreds of impressive entries into a handful of exceptional ones.
But they did it. Here, then, is your BIMA Awards shortlist for 2019:

Huge congratulations to those who made the list, because the standard of those that didn’t was astonishingly good. Thank you to our judges who made our day easy (even if the quality of entries made your day incredibly difficult). Thanks to everyone involved in making the judging day happen. And most of all, thanks to everyone who submitted an entry. From what we’ve seen, there’s some amazing working happening in digital and tech.
This year’s Awards ceremony takes place on the same day as the very first BIMA Conference (18 September). To celebrate, we’re bundling up the tickets so you can enjoy both for less.
To benefit from even bigger savings, book before 31 July.
