Meet Tom our Lead Designer. Tom is responsible for leading the agency’s creative team in developing and executing creative strategies and designs that meet our client’s needs. This can include overseeing the design of marketing materials, branding, digital solutions, and other creative projects. He has a strong background in design, with experience in various design disciplines such as graphic design, user experience (UX) design, and web design. Along with Simon, Tom plays a critical role in driving the agency’s creative direction and ensuring that 778 is delivering high-quality design work that meets client needs and achieves their goals. Tom has a solid understanding of branding and marketing principles, and the ability to apply these principles to creative projects. He also promotes UX design principles and uses this ability to apply these to web and other digital projects.
