Rose Lewis

Co Founder

Biography

Rose Lewis is a member of BIMA’s London Council and she is the co-founder of Collider – a leading accelerator fuelling the next generation of marketing and advertising startups. Having delivered five successful accelerator programmes so far and invested over £4m into 41 startups, Collider has already had one exit, and launched its second city this year in Amsterdam.

Working differently to most accelerators, Collider partners with world leading brands, including Unilever, The Financial Times, dunnhumby and NBCUniversal, to help startups validate their proposition and accelerate product market fit, benefitting both sides of the ecosystem.

Some of the Collider alumni stars include TechCrunch Disrupt 2016 winners Seenit, multi-award winning Pixoneye and video insights leader, LivingLens.

With over 15 years’ of experience in early stage fundraising, Rose also co-founded Pembridge Partners, and also worked at 3i and the Creative Capital Fund. Some of her investments during this time include Optimad Media Systems, The Ministry of Sound and Cycling.tv.

Previously, Rose worked as Head of Sales at Ziff Davis, part of the SoftBank Corporation – an early investor in Yahoo, which is where she became fascinated by digital and its potential for transformation.

Rose has mentored and coached hundreds of early stage startups, from her own at Collider through to Seedcamp, IBM Smartcamp, Growth Accelerator and Oxygen. She is also a regular speaker and panellist at tech events including Advertising Week Europe, Cannes Lions Innovation, VivaTech and Big Brand Week. You’ll also find her judging a huge array of tech innovation awards such as BIMA, Campaign Creative Awards and The Next Big Thing.

Collider are currently recruiting for MadTech startups for both the Amsterdam and the U.K. Cohort, as well as later stage businesses to join their Scaleup Network.
