Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to spend nearly 30 years at the crossroads of design and strategic transformation. Along the way, I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with unique brands like Barclays, DEFRA, Ford, Google, Greene King, Three, and Sky on some enriching projects.
My journey began with a strong foundation in traditional design principles and has since grown to include a holistic approach to digital transformation. I’m passionate about creating meaningful customer and employee experiences in B2C and B2B environments. Lately, I’ve been particularly excited about exploring ways to integrate cutting-edge technologies like AI and IoT to improve and humanize user experiences.
