Owen is co-founder and Creative Director at XR services agency, Juice Immersive.
Born and brought up in Bedfordshire, Owen moved up to Liverpool in 1997 at the age of 18 to study media at Liverpool John Moores University. Following graduation in 2000, he went on to establish film and motion design agency Mocha – a company now in its 24th successful year and one of the leading film agencies in the UK. Owen exited Mocha in 2018 to pursue a new-found passion for immersive storytelling and extended reality, and co-founded Juice.
Owen has long been an active member of BIMA – recognised in the BIMA100 in 2018, he’s a former member of BIMA’s Immersive Technology Think Tank, has picked up multiple BIMA Awards and is a champion of the BIMA Liverpool and NW Community. Owen is also a trustee of the groundbreaking and award-winning mental health charity State of Mind Sport.
Owen lives happily in south Liverpool with his wife Kate, daughter Cassidy and cat Freddie.
