Natalie began her recruitment career in an RPO firm, through an apprenticeship programme. During her time there, she specialised in the Engineering, Technology and Business & Professional sectors, recruiting talent at various seniority levels across the UK and Internationally.
Since beginning her career in recruitment in 2015, Natalie has successfully completed two, industry-recognised qualifications and, was the winner of the 2017 REC Apprentice of the Year Award.
She is now working for Hidden as a Candidate Success Manager and Talent Manager for VaynerMedia.
