Matthew started as a Biologist and then became an Accountant.  He was a terrible Accountant but has always been really interested in behaviour and is entrepreneurial so enjoys working with consumers in Marketing.  He has worked in digital, communications and marketing for more than 20 years and has run an e-commerce business, been a CMO of a division within a FTSE 100 company and delivered significant revenue growth using communications and the other marketing levers in retail.  He enjoys self propelled sports like swimming, sailing and cycling.  He is currently working for a major UK retailer looking at its marketing technology and how it can be simplified.
