I do my best work when I’m helping other people – it’s a golden thread running through my whole career. After 25 years of working as a digital practitioner and leader, I changed my focus. Now I work with people in technology to build their leadership skills, to help them understand themselves better and to have the most satisfying career possible. It’s a genuine passion for me. I am an ICF, PCC accredited coach, who builds on my business (MBA) and user-centred training (MSc HCI) to support individuals and organisations to become more resilient, more confident and more creative.
