With over 20yrs background spanning digital communications and global website design and build, through to digital maturity and transformational change, Joanna’s expertise spans multiple technology and communication platforms. But, her strength is in fostering collaborative working, through her understanding of all aspects of digital delivery and her client’s businesses, coupled with strong team leadership to ensure a given strategic object is inherent in the overall solution devised.
In her senior role as Client Partner at AND, Joanna is focused on fostering client relationships to drive commercial performance and has extended her passion for mentoring and continuous development with her ongoing role wihtin BIMA, initially in the creation of a multi-agency client services community in Manchester, and now as part of the wider NorthWest Council.
