Jinny Mitchell-Kent is the Chief Operating Officer at Great State leading Delivery and Operations. Jinny has 10 years of global agency experience, and over 17 years of project, and client management experience working with some of the world’s biggest brands across a range of sectors and specialisms. This has included helping Dyson to deliver their first connected product and leading multiple automotive accounts such as Fiat, McLaren Automotive and Rolls-Royce. Jinny was also Head of Delivery for AKQA in London, leading a 35+ strong team with responsibility for all delivery and operations.
At Great State, Jinny takes charge of scaling, integrating and optimising processes within the Great State business, operational efficiency, and profitability, and building cohesion between their Bristol, London and remote teams.
