Biography

Emily is a brand and culture consultant with two decades’ experience in brand, marketing & PR. She specialises in helping organisations grow stronger and more sustainable, building brand equity every step of the way.

Her background is mainly in-house, which means she understands the reality of the challenges faced inside business on a day-to-day basis and uses that insight to bring about real change.

In addition to heading up brand, marketing and PR at the iconic, family-run wine and spirits merchant Berry Bros. & Rudd, Emily’s worked with many fascinating brands, including Fairtrade pioneers Cafédirect, The Telegraph newspaper, Somerset House, The Royal Albert Hall and James Purdey & Sons.

Emily cares deeply about the role business plays in protecting our future, and is certified by the Carbon Literacy Trust. She’s also a judge on various industry panels and hosts the Year-on-Year podcast, dedicated to long-term thinking in business.
