Dan is an experienced talent leader. Most recently he led talent strategy and attraction for a global creative innovation company. He believes there is a duty of care at an organisational level to democratise access to opportunities and help drive employability, particularly for underrepresented or marginalised groups, to leave a positive impact in the world. He is also an advisory board member to Brixton Finishing School and has been a BIMA mentor.
