Biography

I’ve worked agency side since I graduated 15 years ago. I’ve always had a passion for design and digital but also a love for building long-term relationships with people so working within an Account Management role was a natural fit.

Starting out in a traditional print agency, I quickly moved to a digital agency helping to expand my breadth of knowledge and challenging my skill set in order to build strong career foundations. Moving to work in a brand communication and employee engagement agency for six years enabled me to move up the career ladder, managing my own team, united in driving both Client and Agency growth.

As Client Services Director, I head up Rawnet’s Account Management function. This encapsulates a variety of responsibilities. Firstly understanding our Clients wider growth vision, the business context for their digital needs and then ensuring that the agency’s services and people are being deployed accordingly in order to support our Clients appropriately in achieving success.

Secondly, I am responsible for our Clients happiness. Driving a NPS of 8 or above is one of my self-appointed annual KPIs. I am also a point of escalation for any of our Clients and I pride myself on ensuring that any concerns raised by Clients are tackled head-on in the continual optimisation of our agency processes and relationships.
