Claire has experience both as an Account Manager and Project Manager in numerous industries including charity, automotive, utilities, and finance. Having delivered a wide range of both off- and online projects, it was her love of digital that led her to join Studio 24.
Claire’s project management style is to put relationships at the heart of project delivery. She works closely with HS2 – one of our biggest clients. Claire has delivered multiple projects for HS2, including a new corporate website, a tunnel boring machine tracker map, and a job brokerage platform. Claire has built an excellent working relationship built on trust, clear communication, and a great understanding of digital.
As Senior Project Manager, Claire stays in regular contact with clients to nurture positive working relationships. She is experienced in working with multiple project stakeholders and will balance competing ideas to work productively towards a shared vision.
Claire has a great understanding of how digital will support our clients’ business goals and can make digital processes understandable for those who don’t have a digital background. She is integral to project delivery from the initial discovery and planning phases through to post-launch technical support and maintenance. Whatever stage your project is at, Claire is only ever a phone call or a Basecamp message away.
Claire is a Mental Health First Aider for the studio and is passionate about raising awareness of the importance of mental wellbeing.
