Chelsea is a member of the BIMA Young Talent Council. She works tirelessly to achieve gender equality within the tech sector. Her direct experiences of inequality within the sector inspired her to start her first business Liverpool Girl Geeks in 2013. Chelsea has ambitious plans to support teenage girls across the UK through a nationwide tech programme, providing them with the soft and hard skills needed in order to have a thriving career within tech.
