Caroline is Chair of BIMA’s MarComms group and is responsible for driving agency growth at Critical Mass, sitting as part of the London agency leadership team.
Caroline has spent over 20years in agency New Business & Marketing previously at Huge, Momentum, EuroRSCG 4D Digital, Wunderman, M&C Saatchi and Lowe. She’s privileged to have introduced some of the world’s best brands into the agencies she’s worked for and thrives on blending the right talent to build winning teams.
Caroline studied Chemical Engineering at Birmingham University and later Business Studies & Marketing at Staffordshire University. She is a Marketing Society Business Leader, has a CIPS diploma in advertising procurement and has recently completed the Advance Leadership Programme at Omnicom University.
Caroline previously chaired the UK IPG Women’s Leadership Network whilst at Momentum & Huge and is currently on the committee of Omniwomen UK.
Outside of work, Caroline lives in Greenwich with her husband, sews infrequently, gardens haphazardly and rock climbs to relax. She recently helped set up a BMC affiliated climbing club – ICAS, securing them several Sport England grants.
