I’m the founder and director of Craft Coaching, and an ILM accredited business and leadership coach.
I’ve worked in tech and digital creative fields for over 10 years; sales, marketing and branding were my bread and butter, before I became a manager for the first time some years back and discovered how much I loved developing people.
In 2020, I decided to combine all my knowledge about how to sell and market tech and digital services with my love of coaching and mentoring, and set up on my own. I also qualified as a Leading Energy Profile (LEP) practitioner – a self awareness tool that reveals your cognitive bias, which is a fancy way of saying your preferred way of thinking.
Although primarily used in leadership and management coaching, I’ve found it to be a game changer when it comes to taking my clients’ business development to the next level, helping them to truly get into the mindset and language of their customer.
I combine all these elements to deliver my Signature Craft Programme.
