Alastair Cole has over 20 years experience building and leading technology, innovation and business development teams. He founded The Uplift Partnership in 2020 to empower sales and innovation teams to perform better through a unique approach to coaching that combines people, technology and data.
Alastair has delivered innovation for Google, Apple, E.ON, Tesco, Barclays, Clifford Chance, Cadbury, Reed and English National Opera. Along the way he’s helped three independent agencies to successful acquisition through the creation of proprietary technology and IP.
A winner of technology and innovation awards from Econsultancy, BIMA, Ocean Outdoor and the IPA, Cole has spoken at numerous industry-leading events in the UK and abroad. His monthly op-ed on CMO.com was that platform’s #1 most-read global column in 2017 and he’s been a Campaign judge since 2018.
Alastair is a qualified NLP Practitioner, an IDEO-accredited Design Thinker and a business performance coach. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence from Birmingham University.
