I’m an experienced director and project manager, using progressive ethical business practices, deep industry knowledge and creative thinking to motivate individuals, teams and businesses to deliver the best work of their lives.
My way of working is not one of dogged procedure and traditional business practice, rather I promote an informed, inclusive and flexible approach that espouses the idea that a company’s success is a combination of a healthy and happy working culture, an active engagement with market challenges together with inspirational leadership. This has been shaped by my time working at cutting edge digital agencies and with world class brands such as Google, Spotify and Red Bull.
I am also the founder of Well Good, an early stage start up, developing a product that helps prevent mental health crisis, by utilising data and augmented intelligence.
I am now keen to share and expand my experience with more Non-Executive Director and Consultation roles within SMEs, healthcare and third sector organisations, particularly those who welcome a fresh, innovative and inclusive perspective.
