In 2020, ZSL faced a critical challenge in the digital landscape and declining online revenue. Partnering with us, ZSL initiated a user-centric digital transformation to revitalise its online presence and strengthen its conservation leadership.
We addressed obstacles, including unreliable global website data, a non-responsive mobile site causing churn, and limited content representation. We created audience-centric microsites, adopted a mobile-first design, and improved content generation for better relevance and SEO.
The new connected experiences featured augmented reality that helped attract and track visitors’ experience to the London and Whipsnade Zoos. Employing CRO and marketing, Twe boosted cash donations by an impressive 163%.
