Putting our client’s customers first, we work closely with ambitious global brands and eCommerce businesses looking to elevate their marketing and move towards true customer centricity. We help these companies to unleash their digital performance and grow revenue by leveraging human insights and psychological nudges to optimise strategies.

We believe end-customers do not care what channel they find their solution(s) via. The key for brands is to deliver the right message, at the right time in the right place, having built enough of a relationship and trust with the user to drive action or conversion. This is why a deeper understanding of your customer’s journeys, drivers and motivations is needed if you want to deliver exponential growth.

The Role

The Senior Growth Marketing Executive will support driving customer-centric strategies and leveraging psychological insights to deliver growth for our clients. You’ll be the key link between clients and teams, managing relationships, delivering results, and spotting growth opportunities.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities
The agency relies on you for the following:

What does success look like?
Consistent positive feedback from clients who we work with, they will be able to highlight the service we provide due to the work that you have done too.
Being able to provide key industry insights that help us transform our clients
Providing excellent service to our clients from start to finish with a project that leads to repeat business
Your place in the agency and key relationships
Report to the Growth Marketing Director
Working with Growth Marketing department and the rest of the Human First Collective
Supporting Growth Marketing Managers and Directors 

Package 
Salary: £27k – 35k D.O.E
Flexible working, 4-day work week, (core hours 9-4.30pm)
Hybrid working available for some roles
Annual Leave: 28 days (ex., Bank Holidays) plus Birthdays, Charity day and between Christmas and NY

Interview process – What to expect. 

This is a more detailed breakdown of our interview process and what to expect at every stage. As stated above, if you need any reasonable adjustments to be made to this process, please let us know at application stage. 

  1. Cultural Interview with People and Culture Manager via video – 30 minutes
  2. If successful, an initial interview with hiring manager via video – 30 minutes
  3. Task Stage – A task is set in advance and then a task Interview in person (where applicable to the role) – 1.5hrs at the Maidstone office
  4. Video or phone interview with CEO Becky.
