I spent 2 decades in senior roles managing what was the largest digital agency on the south coast: Redweb.
In that time, I built and developed multi-disciplined teams, which at their peak totalled over 115 people based in Bournemouth, with over 50 contractors working remotely.
The agency delivered significant projects for UEFA, City and Guilds, RNLI, Science Museum and Vodafone amongst many others. They were also recognised as a key supplier to central government departments including Home Office, Department for Education and HM Treasury.
I have deep experience of agency management and development through rapid growth in an industry that continues to evolve at speed.
I am now focussed on providing meaningful help in a way that actually works for agencies.
Any engagement is always be based on value, with less long term or up-front commitment. I also would be more hands on and working inside a business which would be different to traditional NED support.
My service offering includes ongoing Founder/MD/Senior team support or working within a business to develop specific functions.
