Utopia: “We rewire business for the Age of Creativity. We inspire by curating events and via our speakers series. We awaken with bespoke training programmes to get your people thinking differently.
Nadya Powell explains how BIMA membership helps Utopia set the bar – in digital and diversity.
What do you love most about what you do?
“We aim to make business better. There is nothing I’d rather do.”
A day in the life
“Utopia does not have – and we believe will never have – an office as creativity comes from working in different places with different people. In any given week we could be running a hack on gender inclusion, working with a client to build out their npd programme, talking to fathers about why they need to lean into parenthood, or rewiring how a client communicates with their people and clients to put creativity back into the business.”
The best thing about BIMA membership?
“Making digital better. Working with an amazing community to push forward excellence and thought leadership across key digital pillars. In my case, setting the bar for what makes the best work in digital, and driving the diversity agenda.”
The BIMA difference?
“It’s inspiration on tap. A brilliant community I learn from every day.”
