He is now a Principal Consultant for Public Digital, helping public and third sector organisations with their challenges, many of which are wrestling with what AI means for them as they change.

Andrew Boxall

Andrew is passionate about enhancing public sector services through technology. With a career rooted in local government, he has held various pivotal roles, most recently as a Senior Account Technology Strategist at Microsoft, where he supports local councils with their technology needs. Previously, as Head of Technology at Shropshire Council, Andrew led the transformation of ICT services, championing user-centric solutions. He is committed to personal and professional development, constantly striving to leverage the latest technologies to improve public services for the communities he serves.

Matt Dunn

Matt Dunn leads our product innovation efforts in the UK. With an extensive background covering digital, industrial and visual design, he helps clients push the boundaries of what’s possible to maximise the potential for impact. Matt has played a pivotal role in conducting innovative projects across industries such as finance, energy and education. Throughout his career, he’s worked with companies big and small to identify market gaps, explore customer needs and exploit disruptive technologies to build needle-moving products.
