Unlock your potential and conquer self-doubt in our empowering event on overcoming Imposter Syndrome.

Join BIMA’s Young Talent Council for an inspiring panel discussion on overcoming imposter syndrome. Following the panel, engage in an open discussion to unlock your potential and conquer self-doubt on this vital topic.

Imposter syndrome knows no bounds; it is felt by people from all walks of life, leaving its mark on countless individuals. Yet, within this lies a shared experience that unites us all.

Prepare to be captivated as we invite you to participate in an open dialogue, fostering a collective exchange of insights and anecdotes. Together, we will equip you with invaluable tools and strategies, empowering you to conquer imposter syndrome and embrace your true potential.

Here’s what we’ve got planned:

  • We’re All in This Together: Hear from folks just like you who’ve walked this path. They’ll share their ups and downs, and all the quirky ways imposter syndrome has shown up in their lives. It’s all about getting real and getting connected.
  • Let’s Talk About It: This isn’t your usual sit-and-listen panel. We want to hear from you, too! After an initial chat amongst the panel, we will open the discussion to the floor. The perfect opportunity to share our collective experiences and lessen the effect of loneliness that’s associated with feeling like an ‘imposter’.
  • Take-Home Tips: We also want to share (and learn, why not!) some handy tricks and tips to help you kick those imposter feelings to the curb. It’s about building up that confidence and embracing all the elements that make you uniquely you!
