Chris Lewis (Host) – Chair BIMA Client Impact Council
Chris is Chair of BIMA & Client Impact Council. The Council’s mission is to create and connect both the client service and client-side community within BIMA, fostering connections across the industry, reinforcing the value that exceptional client service and strong client/agency relationships can offer.
Chris has spent over 20 years within the Client Services industry. He is currently Principal Client Partner at CACI Ltd where he looks after some of their biggest client accounts. A key aspect of his role is managing the relationship between the agency and marketing procurement.
His work was recognised by BIMA in 2022, when Chris was included in the BIMA 100 (in the Client Services and Project Management category). Chris has a wide range of agency experience, from cutting his teeth in small, independent agencies through to working within some of the world’s largest network agency groups.
At the heart of Chris’s work is a passion for nurturing and developing talent and helping to promote, and advocate for, the next generation of Client Services professionals.
Stuart Dunc, Founder and MD at Don’t Forget To Look
Stuart helps agencies successfully navigate the art of selling into brands and also, from time to time, helps brands own marketing procurement projects.
After starting his career agency-side in 2006 as an account exec in Glasgow, Scotland, Stuart moved to London as part of the ‘Buyer Engagement Team’ at the London 2012 Olympics, working in supply chain management and an early version of online sourcing, to bring visibility of Olympic contract opportunities to local London businesses.
Stuart led EMEA Marketing Procurement at Nike, and Global Advertising Procurement at Danone before going solo and founding Don’t Forget To Look in 2019.
