An online workshop on stress and strength.

Join this interactive online workshop run by Lisa Carver, Leadership & Team Coach, where we will explore the topics of stress and resilience in group discussions. Following this, each person will then identify their own stress triggers, along with a recovery and resilience plan.

  • Learn about the range of stress reactions that a person might have. Identify your personal ‘signs of stress’.
  • Identify your stress triggers and review your current coping mechanisms.
  • Learn about the most powerful stress relieving strategies.
  • Tap into your own resilience prescription.
  • Identifying what’s in your personal wheel of strength.
  • Stock-take on your resilience today and identify what you need to do more of.

This workshop is designed for anyone who would like to get a deeper understanding of stress, recognise personal triggers and learn powerful stress relieving strategies and tools to become more resilient.
