An online workshop on stress and strength.

Join this interactive online workshop run by Lisa Carver, Leadership & Team Coach, where we will explore the topics of stress and resilience in group discussions. Following this, each person will then identify their own stress triggers, along with a recovery and resilience plan.

  • Stock-take on your resilience today and identify what you need to do more of.

This workshop is designed for anyone who would like to get a deeper understanding of stress, recognise personal triggers and learn powerful stress relieving strategies and tools to become more resilient.

Lisa worked in the media sector for 16 years before becoming an organisational development professional.

During the pandemic she supported over 100 different hospital teams with leadership, coaching, wellbeing and stress management support.
