BIMA Masterclass | Overcoming the 4 key hurdles for £5m Agency Growth

Posted by BIMA

Join Go Thrive for an interactive masterclass on how to overcome the key growth hurdles to £5m.

BIMA Members Only.

Join Agency Advisor and exited Agency Founder Paul Muggeridge-Breene of Thrive Network for a masterclass on successfully managing growth.

This masterclass is for all founders and agency leaders with ambitious growth plans. While winning new business is always a cause for celebration, agency growth is invariably accompanied by a range of organisational challenges. Some are small and easily fixed, but others are large and have the potential to absorb a founder’s time and attention, derailing efforts to win further new business.

In this masterclass you’ll learn about the four key hurdles all agencies face on the way to £5m fee income:

  1. Letting go (~£1m)
  2. Building structure (~£2m)
  3. Managing people (~£3m)
  4. Maturing as a Business (~£4m)

Most importantly you’ll also learn how to prepare for each one ahead of time, ensuring it doesn’t trip you up and allowing you to stay focused on the things that really matter.

The session will also cover how to plan for growth more broadly, including an overview of change management best practice and options for organisational structures, plus the unconscious blockers that can thwart plans for expansion.

This online masterclass is designed for BIMA Members only. Don’t miss out as spaces are limited. Sign up now.
