Laura Bamber | Founder of The Vibrancy Hub
I am a wild spirit, a coach, a community-builder, a change-maker, a cheerleader and a highly energised human who is deeply passionate about making changes to the way we do business and show up at work.
Having trained as a Chartered Accountant, I worked for 15 years for organisations including THG, The Commonwealth Bank of Australia and KPMG, holding senior leadership roles and building collaborative, engaged and high performance teams. My leadership style has always been rooted in putting wellbeing, authenticity and open communication at the heart of business – so the workforce can thrive and as a result we unlock the business potential.
My purpose on this planet is to build more joyful businesses and to guide women into a new style of leadership. One that challenges our existing beliefs about the way we think we must operate in our businesses in order to be successful. I support leaders to lean into their divine feminine essence and the most authentic expression of themselves so we can show up with more heart, soul, passion, courage and openness in lives and our businesses.

I’m a proud northerner, mum of 2, business & leadership coach, doer and fun lover!
After graduating with a degree in marketing from Lancaster University (back in the day) I spent the initial part of my career in graduate roles within international financial services at a FTSE 250. I then made the leap to Australia, where I spent almost 5 years in agency land at iProspect, progressing to the role of Business Director for New South Wales and heading up client services for the Sydney office. After returning to the UK for love (aw!) I spent 7 years at THG, firstly as Head of Marketing in Beauty, followed by a post-mat leave career switch into senior roles in the Learning & Development function.
After a short career break to train as a coach, I have spent the last 3 years LOVING LIFE at The Vibrancy Hub, where I am the yin to Laura’s yang, providing the pragmatism, practicality and positivity needed to grow our business, develop great partnerships with our clients and support people to be the best version of themselves within their careers.
