Join Digitas to explore how to shape your brand’s presence in the world of Business-to-Agentic AI (B2Ai).

As AI begins to shape consumer experiences, brands must understand how AI agents perceive and rank them to stay relevant. This session explores how to shape your brand’s presence in the world of Business-to-Agentic AI (B2Ai).

We’re on the verge of a seismic shift in marketing, where AI agents—not humans—will shape the consumer journey. From booking holidays to selecting face creams, AI will make decisions on behalf of consumers. In this agentic future, brands will no longer ask, “How do people see me?” but “How do AI systems rank me?” This session unpacks how AI agents form opinions and how creative strategy plays a critical role in ensuring your brand stands out. It’s not just about algorithms—it’s about creativity influencing AI’s decision-making and keeping your brand relevant in an increasingly AI-driven world. The future may seem far-off, but the path to getting there starts today.

What to expect:

  • A look ahead: how Agentic AI will transform everyday customer experiences
  • The battleground of tomorrow: how agents perceive, prioritise, and prefer brands—and how creativity can influence these perceptions
  • Immediate actions to stay relevant—today and tomorrow: from LLM visibility to changing how you ideate & build customer experiences
  • A live demo of Digitas’ LLM Dashboard—revealing how your brand is being ‘understood’ by LLMs today

    Who is it for?

  • Brand leaders
  • CMOs
  • Creative leaders
  • Digital marketers
  • Product teams
  • For those not just keeping up with change, but ready to shape it

Speaker line-up:

Carren O’Keefe, Chief Creative Officer, Digitas UK
Carren believes ideas and technology are the two greatest forces for change the world has ever seen—and when you bring them together, the possibilities are endless.
Her career has spanned two continents and three countries, leading to award-winning work for global brands including Nike, Diageo, Google, Hyundai, L’Oréal, and Netflix. Starting at AKQA New York before moving to Portland, Oregon, she pioneered multiple firsts for Nike, including its first mental health-focused platform Mind Sets, its first shoe drop using AirDrop, its first podcast Trained, and the first Air Max Day in Roblox with Magic’s in the Air.
In 2015, she became the only female founding partner in AnalogFolk’s network, launching their Portland office with Nike as the flagship client before expanding into Amsterdam. Under her leadership, the agency was named Campaign’s Global Innovation Agency of the Year in 2020 and one of Contagious Magazine’s Best and Bravest Agencies on the Planet in 2022.
Now at Digitas UK, Carren is leading a new era of imagination and innovation with a world-class roster of clients, including F1, Samsung, and EE. A regular speaker at industry events like Cannes and The One Show, a contributor to Campaign and Contagious, and a passionate mentor for programs like LIAsons and Next Creative Leaders, she is shaping the future of creative and AI-powered brand engagement.
Carren has been named in Adweek’s Creative 100 and serves on the BIMA Awards Council. She has also judged every major award show, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clios, London International Awards, The One Show, Euros, and Creative Circle.

Caitríona Gallagher, Strategy Partner at Digitas UK

Caitríona Gallagher is a Strategy Partner at Digitas UK (part of Publicis Groupe) and leads Strategy for the Digitas AI Labs & Practice. She also brings her expertise to the wider industry through teaching roles, including the DMA’s AI in Marketing Bootcamp and Masterclass.

With over 11 years of experience across New York and London, Caitríona has worked at the intersection of creativity and technology – spanning top creative agencies like Ogilvy and Digitas, as well as technology consultancy at IBM. Her client portfolio includes global and market-specific work for brands such as Samsung, Nestlé, British Airways, EE, and Haleon, across the UK, North America, EMEA, and global regions.

Her expertise covers a broad range of marketing disciplines, including Customer Experience, Communications, CRM, Direct, Product, and Data.

Caitríona has recently completed an MSc in Artificial Intelligence. Her thesis explored the question: “Is AI closing the creativity gap with humans?” — using a series of experiments designed to measure and contrast creative ability between people and machines. This work has deepened her technical skills and sharpened her understanding of AI’s evolving role in creative industries.
