Join BIMA’s latest Growth Circle event: Optimising Your Sales and Marketing Engine, hosted by BIMA’s Future Growth Council. This event aims to explore and evaluate the different models for an effective business development function, the technologies and tools that underpin it and how to optimise your investment.

What’s it about?

This month’s session for agency leaders is focused on tactics to optimise their business’s sales and marketing function. In today’s competitive landscape, a well-oiled sales and marketing engine is critical for sustained growth. We’ll explore key decision points around models, investment strategies, and technology, all designed to help you build a high-performing function that can consistently win new clients, strengthen existing relationships, and ultimately fuels your agency’s success.

It’s an interactive session encouraging connections and shared experiences for mutual benefit. So come prepared to talk about how you’ve configured your sales and marketing engine, including what’s worked, what hasn’t and the hurdles you faced.

As a group, we’ll share successes and failures, ensuring you leave with actionable ideas to implement, boosting your ability to get the maximum value from your sales and marketing function.

What to expect

An interactive discussion with a 20 minute breakout session. We will then regroup and share findings from each breakout room, followed by a Q&A Session.

Who is this for?

This session is for senior agency leaders and decision-makers accountable for their agency’s growth and alliances.

Hosted by the BIMA Future Growth Council members:

Rebecca Crook, Chief Growth Officer at Positive and Creature, and Future Growth Council Co-Chair

Matt Simpson, Managing Director at Candyspace
