Join us for an insightful and engaging event exploring how we can drive meaningful change in support of the LGBTQ+ community.

As government legislation evolves, it’s essential to stay informed and proactive. This session will provide education and guidance on how to navigate sensitive conversations, understand your duty as an ally, and take action beyond Pride Month.

Pride is not just one month – it’s a year-round commitment. We’ll discuss how BIMA can lead by example, holding our community accountable while fostering an inclusive industry. Together, we’ll explore practical steps to ensure our community is well-prepared, educated, and equipped to champion lasting change.
