The past few years have resulted in fresh, never before encountered challenges for digital teams, leaders and businesses. This session for UX & CX professionals is a safe space for the community to come together and discuss the agency landscape and what you in particular are facing and offer insight into solutions you and your team are implementing to help overcome barriers.

Hosted by Mark Edgington, Founder & Principal Consultant at Incendiary Blue. He will be driving discussion and perspectives, but crucially looking into what you are doing in the midst of this unique time.

Limited to 12 attendees to allow for discussion. The Chatham House Rule applies and places are strictly limited to one per organisation. We hope you can make it.

Mark Edgington, Founder & CEO, Incendiary Blue

Mark has over 25 years of experience in UX and Development. He has founded a couple of startups and worked in large agencies where he has architected solutions serving millions.

Mark is a seasoned speaker, judge and the founder and principal consultant of Incendiary Blue, where he creates elegant solutions to the right problems.

He has worked with GSK, Wyeth, Vodafone, Orange, Deutsche bank, HSBC, DeBeers, Disney, Saint Gobain, Mazda, Mercedes, Airmiles, Philip Morris, Thomas Cook, Condor, O’Melveny, Orrick, Slaughter and May, Pfizer, Sky and EY and many others.

Mark holds a 1st class degree in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence and an MSC in Human-Computer Interaction (UX) and has been published online, spoken at multiple conferences and judges UX awards yearly.

He is also very passionate about working with schools, running BIMA digital days and acting as an Enterprise Careers adviser for the Mayor of London.
