Digital showcase for leading bioscience campus

08 Nov 2019

Cambridge web design and digital marketing agency, Onespacemedia, has launched a new website for Stevenage Bioscience Catalyst, to raise awareness of the campus and the exciting cluster of companies based there.

Located in the heart of the UK’s ‘Golden Triangle’, Stevenage Bioscience Catalyst (SBC) is a collaboration between the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, GSK, Wellcome and Innovate UK. With a focus on advanced therapeutics the campus is home to organisations including GSK, the Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult Manufacturing Centre and GE Technology lab – together with a rapidly expanding network of academics and start-up/scale-up companies.

Now looking to capitalise on this success, SBC wishes to showcase the breadth of organisations that together have created an exciting, knowledgeable and collegiate community on the campus.

SBC selected Onespacemedia to develop a new website which highlights the campus’ outstanding scientific and business support ecosystem that helps companies to collaborate and grow. Occupier testimonials demonstrate how the campus’ unique culture has contributed to their companies’ development.

Easy-to-use digital tools give existing SBC occupiers a secure platform to share news, register for events and upload job vacancies to support their recruitment activities.

The new website is complemented by a refined brand identity – incorporating an updated design and sophisticated corporate colour palette to reflect the maturity of the campus. The new logo was applied to a range of marketing collateral, creating brand consistency both on and offline.

James Cotton, Onespacemedia’s MD & founder said “Stevenage Bioscience Catalyst has created a globally recognised cluster for therapeutic research and development with unrivalled support from funding to facilities – as well as access to an extensive network of companies. The new website is a stunning showcase of the campus’ credentials, demonstrating how this support can stimulate growth for its occupiers.

“This is the beginning of a long-term partnership with SBC – we look forward to continuing working with them to evolve the website as the business grows and enable them to react quickly to changes in their market.”

We are delighted with our new website and updated logo. These reflect the vibrancy of our campus community and demonstrate our position as a world-leading science park of global significance. Sally Ann Forsyth, CEO, Stevenage Bioscience Catalyst
