Crowd have always worked closely with both Bournemouth University and AUB, and having employed many BU graduates at Crowd as full-time staff members and interns, we were delighted to be a part of their Global Talent Programme!
The programme was created in collaboration with employers to identify and develop students to succeed as graduates in today’s (and tomorrow’s) highly competitive global workplace.
Crowd MD, Jamie Sergeant, gave a talk at the Global Talent Programme, sharing his experience of running a global digital marketing agency in Bournemouth, London, Dubai, Detroit, San Francisco and Toronto and giving valuable insights into the global economy. He also shared his knowledge of the skills required to work in global contexts and what it takes to become universally employable, and globally employed.
Bournemouth University wants their graduates, employees and the region’s businesses to shine, thrive and stand out in the global economy, and the Programme is a great way for industry experts to enrich students with their global talent.
