Terms and Conditions

Referrers must be existing BIMA members.
All referrals must be made via the online form prior to the referred company joining, retrospective referral claims are not valid.
The discount will only be valid once the referred member’s subscription fee is received.
The discount the existing member will receive is 10% of the referred company’s annual membership fee. This discount will be applied to the existing member’s next annual membership fee.
Multiple referral discounts can be allocated towards the existing member’s next annual membership fee. Where the total discount exceeds the membership renewal fee, the unused discount will be carried forward to the following membership renewal date. No equivalent cash refund will be made for any unused discounts.
BIMA reserves the right to amend or end this programme at any time if amended or ended any accrued discounts will be honoured at the rate agreed at the time of referral.
