Each training course focuses on developing individuals’ skills and abilities to effectively lead and manage teams and organisations. These courses combine practical work experience with classroom-based learning to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and competencies to excel in leadership roles.
These courses are endorsed by ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management), providing an industry recognised qualification designed to enhance the skills, knowledge, and competencies of individuals in leadership and management roles.

This level 3 training programme develops focused, high achieving, and knowledgeable leaders who realise excellent results.

It is suitable for those taking their first step into line management, as well as those who are experienced in managing a team or a project with clearly-defined outcomes.
You will learn valuable methods to enhance performance and receive comprehensive training in vital leadership areas: people management, relationship building, delivering results, and self-management.
Once completed, you can become an associate or member of the Institute of Leadership and Management or Chartered Management Institute. With experience, you could also progress onto our Level 5 Operations & Departmental Manager apprenticeship programme.
You must have been a UK, EEA, or EU resident for at least the past three years to undertake this training programme. If you do not have a level 2 or equivalent in Maths and English, you will be required to work towards achieving these qualifications as part of your training.
You will receive a combination of face-to-face and online training and support, including a personalised approach based on your learning style and needs, guided by an initial online assessment.
At the end of your programme, an independent assessor will evaluate your acquired knowledge, skills, and behaviours in an end-point assessment (EPA).
18 months.
This level 5 training programme develops the management skills which improve business productivity and profitability.

It is suitable for junior managers looking to gain an understanding of management practices and techniques, but is also beneficial as refresher training for experienced managers.
Once completed, you can become an associate or member of the Institute of Leadership and Management or Chartered Management Institute.
You must have been a UK, EEA, or EU resident for at least the past three years to undertake this training programme. If you do not have a level 2 or equivalent in Maths and English, you will be required to work towards achieving these qualifications as part of your apprenticeship.
You will receive a combination of face-to-face and online training and support, including a personalised approach based on your learning style and needs, guided by an initial online assessment.
At the end of your programme, your learnt knowledge, skills and behaviours will be assessed by an independent assessor in your end-point assessment (EPA).
21 months.
This course equips you to lead inclusively and strategically in your organisation, overseeing core objectives aligned with the board's overall strategic goals. Aligned with the Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship standard by ILM, it also offers the integrated option of pursuing the ILM Diploma for Senior Leaders.

This annual two-day residential section enhances self-reflection and focuses on transforming your leadership, team, department or organisation.
IEMA training
Integrated into the apprenticeship, this two-day course empowers managers across industries to grasp the strategic and operational impacts of environmental sustainability on their teams and departments.
